RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Please inspect the products upon arrival and report any issues within 48 hours to contact@pombomb.ca, along with pictures, to obtain a return authorization (RA#). If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving it, you have 48 hours upon confirmation of delivery to inform us. A shipping label will be provided for the return, and once we receive & inspect it (The product must have its tags and be in its original condition.), a refund will be issued in the same way it was purchased; it could take up to 5 business days for it to appear. Anything after 48 hours still requires a RA# but it will be the responsibility of the purchaser to return the product.
Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If you find a defect, you need to return the product. We'll either repair the item or send you a new one. After the first year, we offer repair and replacement services at a reduced rate, but you are still responsible for returning the product.
